Instructions
Step 1: Roast the Semolina

Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and roast semolina on low flame for 5-7 minutes until it turns aromatic and slightly golden.

Step 2: Prepare the Sugar Syrup

In another pan, heat sugar and milk until sugar dissolves.

Cook for 3-4 minutes until it reaches a slightly sticky (one-string consistency).

Add roasted semolina to the sugar syrup, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

Step 4: Set & Cut the Burfi
